Research Title: Capacity building amongst regulatory institutions in developing economies in sub-Saharan Africa: measuring the effectiveness of capacity building interventions amongst ICT regulators in Southern Africa.

Supervisors: Derek Eldridge and Professor Paul Cook

Research Interests: Capacity building in institutions; individual and organisational learning; impact of technology on skills and learning; developing management and skills; assessing the success of learning interventions; regional collaboration as a capacity building mechanism. Research focuses on the ICT sector.
